We rent but have been with Think Pink for 8 years now and they are wonderful. I have been with many real estates and landlords over the years and I plan to stick with these guys as long as possible. One of the major differences for me is when they come for inspections they treat the house like it’s our home they are walking into. Not just a place they are earning money from. It may be someone else’s property but while we’re paying rent and living in it, it’s our home so it’s nice to be treated like that’s the case.
