Report Maintenance

Please note: the Property Management reporting program is not monitored 24/7, if you have an after hours emergency please refer to our  ‘Emergency Contacts for Tenants’ guidelines.

To lodge any maintenance issues all tenants must create an account by selecting ‘Get Onboard’ and use the same email address you provided to your property manager.  Once your account has been created, simply log in and report maintenance as it occurs.
